Amazing service. I had a repair on one side and a crotch reinforcement on the other. My jeans came back perfect. And great customer services, even saying 'we'll take good care of them' how lovely. If you're taking the time to have your jeans repaired you clearly love them. I would highly recommend.

The repair itself is brilliant thank you. The process is fairly simple and smooth.
The only comment I would add is there's a bit of a lack of communication. I must admit there was a period there where I was nervous you'd never received them. It was radio silence between placing the order to being notified they're on their way back to me. I'd have anticipated something in there to say we've got them, hold tight we're repairing them and will be back in touch when we've sent them back.
