How does the repair process work?
After placing your order, you can either drop off your jeans at our studio (we have a parcel box outside the unit so you can do this at any time) or ship them using a tracked service. Once received, we repair them within 7 days and return them to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

How do I track my jeans once they're repaired?
We send all jeans back using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your jeans are on their way.

Can I send more than one pair of jeans?
Yes! You can send as many pairs as you like in one order. Just select the needed repairs for each pair before checkout.

How long does the repair take?
Once we receive your jeans, they'll be ready within 7 days and shipped back to you using a 48-hour tracked service. If you need an urgent repair, please contact us and we'll do our best to offer an express service.

Where are you based?
We're based in Cambridge, UK, at Unit 13, Barnwell Business Park, Barnwell Drive, Cambridge CB5 8UZ. You can drop off your jeans at our studio or send them via tracked delivery for repair.

What happens if my jeans are lost?
In the rare event that your jeans are delayed or lost in transit, we'll open an investigation with the courier immediately and do everything possible to resolve the situation quickly.
While loss or damage is extremely rare, if an item cannot be located or is deemed irrecoverable after a full investigation, we will offer a full refund of the repair service.
Repair My Denim cannot accept liability for the value of the jeans themselves.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until your repair has been completed and returned safely.

What if I forget to include my order number in the parcel?
Please include your order number inside your parcel when sending your jeans. Without it, we can't begin until the repair is identified. If you think you've forgotten it, contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, tracking number and a short description of the jeans.
We'll always do our best to match unlabelled parcels to the correct order. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by missing information.
Unidentified items that remain unclaimed for 30 days may be disposed of.
