It starts with a click
Browse our services and pick the one that matches your needs — crotch repairs, knee rips, jacket repairs, button replacements, alterations, and more. Not sure which to choose? Send us a photo before you order and we'll point you in the right direction.
Send us your denim
After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email with our address and posting instructions. No special packaging needed — just fold your jeans into a reused shopping bag, tape it shut, and send them over.
We'll take it from here
As soon as your jeans arrive, we assess the denim in full — the construction, the selvedge, the twill direction, the fabric weight, the indigo depth — taking every aspect into consideration before we do any work.
We keep you updated
We'll email you as soon as your jeans arrive at our studio, and again when they're on their way back to you — with a tracking number so you can follow their journey home.
