After placing your order, you can either drop off your jeans at our studio (message us to arrange a time) or ship them using a tracked service. Once received, we repair them within 7 days and return them to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

How do I track my jeans once they’re repaired?
We send all jeans back using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive a tracking number once your jeans are on their way.

Can I send more than one pair of jeans?
Yes! You can send as many pairs as you like in one order. Just select the needed repairs for each pair before checkout.

How long does the repair take?
Once we receive your jeans, they will be ready within 7 days and shipped back to you using a 48-hour tracked service. If you need an urgent repair, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to offer an express service.

We are based in Cambridge, UK, at Unit 13, Barnwell Business Park, Barnwell Drive, Cambridge CB5 8UZ. You can drop off your jeans at our studio (by appointment) or send them via tracked delivery for repair.
